About the Company - North East Houston client is looking for a direct hire Compensation Supervisor.
About the Role - Supervises the operations of the compensation department, ensuring all processes and procedures run efficiently. Develops and manages compensation strategy and programs to align with the company's overall strategic goals. Conducts job evaluations to determine the appropriate salary levels and classifications. Conducts detailed salary surveys and analysis to determine competitiveness of the company’s compensation plan. Ensures the compensation packages are in compliance with the company's policies and legal requirements. Recommends improvements to enhance cost-effectiveness and efficiency of compensation packages. Provides training and guidance to the compensation team and other HR members. Collaborates with HR and management teams to forecast future compensation needs. Manages and resolves complex employee compensation queries. Participates in compensation related projects such as system enhancements, process improvements, and policy reviews.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Several years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or similar role
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal laws regarding compensation
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficient with HRIS and compensation management software
